ObjectivEye is a TNO spin-off that develops AI-driven decision infrastructure for fair and transparent, skills-based recruitment. We work with government and regulated organizations, where delivery must be reliable, structured and professionally managed. We are moving from pilot projects to repeatable implementations. This requires clear processes, strong coordination and consistent execution.

About the Role

This role focuses on structuring and managing client implementations and on building the processes required for consistent delivery. Work takes place between clients, the tech team and internal operations. The role ensures that implementation work is clearly defined, aligned and executed in a controlled and predictable way.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that client implementations run from start to finish in a structured and predictable way, while continuously improving how delivery is organized and executed. This includes managing implementations end to end, translating requirements into workstreams and timelines, coordinating delivery across teams, and maintaining oversight of progress, risks and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned. In parallel, improve how delivery is organized by:

• Defining and refining implementation and delivery processes
• Establishing workflows for onboarding, execution and handover
• Structuring documentation, reporting and internal handovers
• Clarifying roles, responsibilities and process steps across teams
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and improving execution

What You Bring

• You coordinate stakeholders and keep work aligned and moving forward
• You communicate clearly and adjust to different contexts and audiences
• You analyze situations and translate them into concrete actions
• You maintain oversight of delivery while staying close to execution
• You switch between day-to-day coordination and overall planning

Experience with SaaS implementations or regulated environments is helpful, but not required.
